Welcome to Petrofamilyventures.com (the “Site”), operated by Petro Family Ventures, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, including short-term rentals (NC/SC properties/camper), handmade goods, local farm pickup, or nonprofit retreats, you (“you” or “User”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Services/pricing may evolve; details per listing. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Services Overview

Our Site offers:

  • Short-term rentals (e.g., Myrtle Beach Airbnbs, camper).
  • Handmade goods (e.g., 3D prints, t-shirts).
  • Local farm plants/produce pickup only (e.g., banana palms, tomatoes).
  • Nonprofit retreats (churches/youth/foster).

Age restriction: Users must be 18+; minors require adult supervision for bookings.

2. Bookings and Rentals

  • Follow listing rules (occupancy, no smoking/parties, quiet hours).
  • Fees/deposits (security, cleaning $100+, pets/extras) as specified; adjustable with notice.
  • Cancellations per NC/SC Law:
    • North Carolina: Full refund (minus fees) if cancelled 48+ hours before check-in; 24-hour notice for partial refund.
    • South Carolina (Myrtle Beach): Full refund minus fees if 48 hours prior per Horry ordinance; shorter notice = pro-rated or forfeited.
    • No refunds <24 hours, for weather, or misuse. Force majeure allows rescheduling.

3. Purchases

  • Handmade goods: Production 7–14 days; local pickup only.
  • Farm goods: Pickup only; inspect on-site. Plant survival post-pickup is not guaranteed.
  • No returns/refunds/exchanges: All sales final upon payment.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Full payment upfront via secure processor, including taxes and fees.
  • Refunds only as described in NC/SC cancellation law; otherwise, none.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Do not damage property or plants; supervise children.
  • Follow biosafety rules.
  • Indemnify Company against any claims or injuries.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

  • All services are provided “as is”; no warranties are expressed or implied.
  • Liability is capped at the payment amount; no indirect, special, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

  • North Carolina law applies primarily; South Carolina law applies to Myrtle Beach rentals.
  • Disputes: Cleveland County, NC (or Horry County, SC for Myrtle Beach rentals).

8. Changes and Contact
